Casa Tramonte is a spacious villa for two, perfect for couples looking
to experience Tuscany at its most authentic and relaxed. Surrounded by
hills known for olive oil production, the villa enjoys sweeping,
uninterrupted views across the valley.
The charming town of Reggello is just two kilometres away and offers
shops, a supermarket, several restaurants, and a pizzeria within a
ten-minute walk. Popular with Florentines in summer, Reggello also
serves as a gateway to the Vallombrosa nature reserve, home to an
impressive abbey and one of Italy’s most important arboretums.
Florence, 45 kilometres away, and Arezzo, under an hour’s drive, are
just two of many memorable day trip options.
Casa Tramonte is part of a traditional estate with two smaller
farmhouses, but its position facing the valley ensures complete
privacy. A covered dining terrace to the side and a large balcony
terrace at the back offer inviting outdoor spaces. The garden and
beautifully situated pool lie just below the villa and are exclusively
for the use of Casa Tramonte guests.
Inside, the villa combines Tuscan character with modern comfort: 200
square metres of living space, open-plan design, exposed wooden beams,
and plenty of natural light. The large bedroom and elegant bathroom
feature a spa shower and private sauna for added relaxation. The
friendly owners live next door and are happy to share local tips,
though they are often out during the day, allowing guests to enjoy full
privacy.
