Come enjoy this thoughtfully designed, fully furnished beach house rental. With all utilities included and all the amenities you need (including a wine fridge!). You can move in and immediately enjoy everything this amazing area has to offer - great restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, and of course, the beach!! Long term (30+ days) rental only (Please inquire for more info) - Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests - 4 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - There are 2 reserved parking spaces - 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. There is also parking available on the street. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ - The home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit. This kit includes commonly used items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Once these items are diminished, we are available to restock for an additional cost. Please notify us if you are interested in this. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS Guests will have access to the whole house. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an earlier check-in or bag drop. This helps us ensure our team has sufficient time preparing the unit for your arrival, while maintaining OTA’s enhanced cleaning process and social-distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines. Thank you for your understanding! - Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive) - The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (15 minute drive) - Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (20 minute drive) - The Mystery Spot (10-15 minute drive) - Capitola Village (5 minute drive/15 minute walk) - Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hour drive) - Whole Foods Market, New Leaf, Safeway, Lucky (5-10 minute drive) - This home offers easy access to a lively street, which may come with some occasional road noise. - Convenient parking is available for up to two vehicles. - While the beach is within walking distance, please note that the walk there is downhill, and the return is uphill—something to keep in mind if you’re bringing beach gear along! - To make your stay even more comfortable, the home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit, including essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner. If you’d like a restock after these items are used up, we’re happy to arrange it for a small additional fee—just let us know! - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason. -By booking this home, you agree to a $2,500 Security Deposit authorization hold on your card that will run 2 days before you check out and if there are no damages, will be released in full 7 days later automatically.  If there are damages found, the funds from the hold will be used to replace or repair broken or missing items or for additional cleaning up to, but not limited to the maximum security hold (only applies to bookings not made through OTA) **Booking Requirements** To help ensure a safe and secure experience for our guests and homeowners, the primary guest is required to complete identity verification and sign Property Manager Rentals’ Vacation Rental Agreement after booking confirmation. Instructions will be provided shortly after your reservation is confirmed. Guests wishing to review the Vacation Rental Agreement before booking may find it on the Property Manager Rentals website under the "Vacation Rental Agreements" section. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to complete all required pre-arrival documentation. Failure to complete required documentation may affect your ability to access the property and may result in cancellation of the reservation where permitted by the booking platform and applicable policies.
