- This home offers easy access to a lively street, which may come with some occasional road noise.
- Convenient parking is available for up to two vehicles.
- While the beach is within walking distance, please note that the walk there is downhill, and the return is uphill—something to keep in mind if you’re bringing beach gear along!
- To make your stay even more comfortable, the home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit, including essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner. If you’d like a restock after these items are used up, we’re happy to arrange it for a small additional fee—just let us know!
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
-By booking this home, you agree to a $2,500 Security Deposit authorization hold on your card that will run 2 days before you check out and if there are no damages, will be released in full 7 days later automatically. If there are damages found, the funds from the hold will be used to replace or repair broken or missing items or for additional cleaning up to, but not limited to the maximum security hold (only applies to bookings not made through Property Manager)
