- The home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit. This kit includes commonly used items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Once these items are diminished, we are available to restock for an additional cost. Please notify us if you are interested in this.

- Because this unit is so close to a popular Santa Cruz beach and restaurants, it is quite lively during the day, however the restaurants don’t stay open past 11pm on weekends and is generally a pretty quiet neighborhood at night.
- This location shares property with the tenants up front and is surrounded by other homes. There is a shared parking lot with one available space. If you have more than one car, keep in mind parking is hard to come by on the street during the busy summer months!
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- We have landscapers and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

-By booking this home, you agree to a $2,500 Security Deposit authorization hold on your card that will run 2 days before you check out and if there are no damages, will be released in full 7 days later automatically. If there are damages found, the funds from the hold will be used to replace or repair broken or missing items or for additional cleaning up to, but not limited to the maximum security hold (only applies to bookings not made through Property Manager)
