Perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike, just a short stroll from Santa Cruz’s best waves and coastal charm. - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin trundle beds - 2 bathrooms - 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is free street parking available, but a spot may be hard to come by as this is a busy street. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ a drip coffee maker - Living room - Spacious backyard with a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor seating - For safety, the indoor wood burning stove is not operable. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforters Guests will have access to the entire home, except one of the locked back sheds that is reserved for storage. - Nearest grocery store - Whole Foods, New Leaf (5 minute drive) - Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive) - The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (17 minute drive) - Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (25 minute drive) - The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive) - Capitola Village + Beach (5 minute drive) - Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive) This home is in a family-friendly neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway! Because of this, it’s best suited for low-key stays rather than gatherings or parties. We ask guests to keep noise levels down in respect of our wonderful neighbors, especially after quiet hours. For everyone’s enjoyment, hot tub use and outdoor activities are reserved for 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
