This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, twin-over-full bunk bed + trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. It has been recently updated with modern furnishings, new flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you’re a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and a large flat screen TV above the gas fireplace. Relax on the large sectional couch, which includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are stored in a closet. Just off the living area, you will also find a private balcony offering outdoor seating and incredible mountain views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area features a table with seating for four, and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area and features a pedestal sink, vanity lighting, and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, mounted TV, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination, and a water closest for added privacy. The spacious guest bedroom provides a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional trundle bed, a flatscreen TV, and a closet for storage. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. Note: This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights, you will be asked to extend your stay or cancel your reservation. This vacation rental is new to our management program.
