The dreamlike Casa Viviani is located in the village of S. Maria del Giudice - between Lucca and Pisa. A lot of comfort for little money! The house has been completely renovated with a fantastic new kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The house has a charging station for electric cars, a super well-kept garden, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a safe. Shopping facilities and restaurant within walking distance! The house can be rented in two versions - either the whole house for max. 7 persons or the version for max. 4 persons, i.e. ground floor and basement (the 1st floor remains closed).
Enjoy the countryside to the top and be close to everything!
Attractions: Recommendations and day trips:
The owners offer (on payment) a transfer from the airport to the holiday home or other day trips (English-speaking driver). A public swimming pool, tennis club and golf driving ranch are located nearby (Vicopelago 6 km). There is even a riding stable in the village of S. Maria del Giudice.
There are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity of the house. For the fitter ones, we recommend the "Passo di Dante", a wonderful vantage point with panoramic views onto Pisa and the sea.
Casa Viviani is an ideal starting point for visiting the most important art cities in Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The white sandy beaches of the Versilia coast are just a stone’s throw away.

Large living room with a sofa, TV, passage to a kitchen with table, chairs, exit onto the covered outdoor area, well-equipped kitchen with: Induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, marble sink, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, stairs to the lower floor: 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, laundry room with washing machine and tumbler, tavern (not available).
Stairs to the 1st floor: large bedroom with 3 single beds and 1ensuite bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin.
A cot and high chair are also available on request.
The covered outdoor area is furnished with a rattan sofa and rattan armchairs, table and chairs, outdoor lighting. There is also a gazebo with sunbeds and a large barbecue. The garden is very well maintained!
The house is furnished with great attention to detail, in a modern style, to make the guests’ stay as pleasant as possible. There are terracotta floors on the ground floor and parquet flooring on the 1st floor. This house is an ideal solution for people with a small handicap, as practically everything is on the ground floor.
