Home Layout and Bedroom Details: 1st Floor: Kitchen: This kitchen maximizes functionality with a kitchen island and bar seating for 4. Included are stainless steel Samsung appliances and a 5-burner gas range, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. It is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families. Dining Room: A formal dining room table is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat up to 8 guests. Not only can you see the TV from this space, but it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool. Living Room: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has a full-sized sofa, a loveseat, and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, 4K flat-screen TV. Bedroom + Bathroom #1: It has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathroom #2: This is an easily accessible bathroom adjacent to the laundry room, including a walk-in shower. Laundry Room: Located downstairs is a washer and a dryer.
