What We Love
Between two stunning beaches, Bronte and Tamarama, this modern split-level oasis is your perfect escape, offering the ideal blend of refined living with coastal relaxation. Boasting impeccably designed welcoming interiors, coupled with luxe amenities, this is the ideal escape for groups searching for their next rejuvenating getaway.
A home for all seasons, this retreat boasts entertaining areas galore. In the summer, the outdoor spaces of this home come into their own. The pool is just waiting for some serious lengths, followed by a gourmet BBQ on your balcony, complete with a dining table and chairs. Of course, a full kitchen is available at your convenience. Picture windows frame a marble-topped wooden island/breakfast bar, and the dark wooden floor complements the scandi-style indoor dining table. In cooler months, a cosy living room houses a grey corner sofa, embracing a wooden coffee table and traditional fireplace. A wall-mounted TV makes this the perfect spot to curl up and enjoy a movie.
Boasting 3 stylish bedrooms, this well-appointed home is the ideal choice for families, or groups visiting with kids or teens. The master bedroom is an oasis of calm. A wooden-framed Queen bed looks onto glass sliding doors. Push these open and let the breeze blow in from the private courtyard, featuring outdoor armchairs and a parasol, beyond. You also have access to an ensuite, creating a true escape from it all. The second bedroom continues the provision of restful comfort. A double bed and desk are at your disposal, with an added AC unit for bespoke temperature control. The final room is perfect for kids to share, boasting two bunk beds with a den-like space beneath. There is a full family bathroom plus an additional WC in this home, giving you ample space to get ready for a day out at the beach.
You can’t stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - stunning Bronte Beach is on your doorstep. A famed swimming beach, the headland rocks create a sheltered natural pool for leisurely swimming with minimal waves, or enjoy some laps in the pool. For lunch, head to the park behind the beach and enjoy fish and chips from one of the local takeaway joints or a freshly grilled barbecue on one of the picnic tables. Tamarama offers more seclusion and is a great place to sunbathe - or catch a great wave if surfing is your thing. Alternatively, take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to reach the busier and ever-popular Bondi.
