The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and two walk-in closets, while the second bedroom offers another king bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for younger guests with two cozy twin beds. The living room invites relaxation with two queen sofa beds for extra flexibility. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to create delicious meals together, whether you’re cooking up a feast or preparing a light snack. Step outside and unwind in nature’s beauty with a fire pit that sets the mood for cozy evenings, an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals under the stars, and an invigorating outdoor shower for a refreshing experience. The large front porch, complete with comfortable seating, is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset. Whether indoors or out, this inviting home is designed to offer a memorable escape, where relaxation, comfort, and adventure come together seamlessly. Guests have access to the entire grounds excluding a couple of locked closets, and the garage. Set in the scenic Texas Hill Country, Sisterdale is a historic town celebrated for its tranquil charm and rich heritage. Surrounded by rolling hills and wildflowers, it provides convenient access to wineries, outdoor activities, and popular local attractions, making it an ideal getaway. In this rural ranch setting, wildlife sightings are common and can include deer, birds, and reptiles. Services like cell phone coverage may vary, so we recommend enabling ‘Wi-Fi Calling’ on your device. A car is essential for exploring the area, though guided tours to wineries and attractions are available through local companies. Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you’ll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 10 ] - The area at the back of the property is private and off-limits to guests. Please stay within the fenced area and avoid venturing beyond it. - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - Pets are not allowed on this vacation rental. - Smoking is NOT allowed. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. - Parties or events are NOT allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. - For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask you to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. - There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. *Fees may apply* - Please ensure that the gate remains shut at all times. - Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. - This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home’s thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it’s common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed.
