4-bedroom, 3-bath home with stunning mountain and lake views. Enjoy sun-filled days and a private, peaceful setting close to the lake and town. Winter comforts include underfloor heating and double glazing. The manicured, park-like grounds and impressive interior provide a luxurious holiday experience. Once you have wound your way up the drive and through the immaculately landscaped grounds, you will immediately take in the breathtaking mountain and lake views. The home is positioned to take full advantage of the views from every aspect of the home and north to north-west sun.
Inside, the tasteful décor with warm timber embellishments and flooring give the home a natural homelike feel. The spacious layout of the two-story home allows you to spread out and find a space to relax and unwind, whether that be cooking in the stylish well-equipped kitchen or mixing a drink in the dedicated bar area of the second living space.
The open plan kitchen, dining and family room are the hub of the home. The kitchen has plenty of storage and bench space and an additional butler’s pantry, perfect for preparing meals for all your family and friends.
At the end of an active day exploring or skiing, retire to the second living space with the cathedral pitched ceiling, exposed beams and schist detailing making it the perfect spot to unwind, and keep warm on the cooler nights by the wood burning fireplace.
On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, the ensuite is equipped with a bathtub to soak in while taking in a starlit night. A second bedroom and bathroom also reside on the ground level. When you head upstairs you will find two more bedrooms which both capture the mountain vistas and share a large bathroom with a lovely big bath.
Outdoor living and entertaining have been well catered for with a jetmaster open fireplace anchoring a sheltered courtyard accessible from the kitchen and second lounge. Further patio areas off the family room also allow for alfresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee.
You are based only a two minute drive or under 15 minutes (approx.) stroll to the Lake. The delights of the Wanaka township are only a six minute (approx..) drive away or use the dedicated walk or bike trail into town. You are spoiled for choice with bars, eateries, boutique shops, and the cinema. Wanaka has easy access to two ski fields, both of which are approximately a 45 minute drive away.
