Large full kitchen and dining table for six are great for larger families. Washer and dryer in unit. Additional amenities include a port-a-crib, Keurig, blender, crockpot, adult and children’s books and games. Refresh in the beautiful Laterra pool located nearby in the courtyard of the 955-building next door. If you need additional baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This third-floor unit has nearby elevator access and a safety bar in the tub-shower. Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear. We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
