Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

In order to bring any animal, including assistance animals, onto the property, you will need to complete the required screening and provide a photo of all animals with their current rabies vaccine records. Pet screening is $30 per pet, plus a $75 pet fee. There is no fee for assistance animals. Assistance animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required screening at least 2 business days prior to guests’ arrival for approval by the legal review team. Photo, current vaccine records, and ESA or Service Animal registration certificate or letter is required. Assistance animals must be house trained and are not allowed to be left unattended. In Florida, intentionally misrepresenting that an animal is a service and/or support animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to 60 days imprisonment or a fine of up to $500.
