1.A refundable Damage Deposit of 30% of the booking price (with a minimum deposit of 1000 CHF) will be required prior to the start date of your holiday.
2. It is a condition of booking that each member of the party has adequate personal insurance to cover themselves against winter sports accidents, third party risks, and cancellation. We strongly advise homeowner extension insurance to cover rental accommodation damage abroad.
3. Guests can check in from 4pm on the day of arrival and they must vacate their accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. Failure to check out of your accommodation on time may result in a 100chf charge. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced in all of our properties. If you would like a later check out time, you are required to check with the office during your stay to see if another group is arriving the day you leave. If not, you may be able to stay on later at no extra charge, however you are required to get prior permission to stay later than the published check-out time.
4. Pets are NOT allowed in or on chalet/apartment premises without specific written permission from myverbier. If it has been agreed that a pet can stay in the chosen accommodation, a surcharge of 150CHF per pet will be levied in order to cover additional cleaning costs. Please advise us of any pet requests at the time of booking. If any evidence of a pet has been found on the premises without prior agreement, guests will be evicted from the property and will forfeit their entire rent & deposit.
