Edgar Cayce Center and Graze Kitchen, this beach house is 1.5 blocks from the beach. It’s ideally positioned to enjoy our coastal city’s vibrancy. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach, a quick visit to Graze Kitchen, or a short trip to First Landing State Park for mountain biking, this cottage offers it all. Easy Arrival and Ample Parking Park in one of three available spaces: an attached garage for one vehicle and a parking pad for two to three more. The First Floor Entering the foyer, you’ll find two ground floor bedrooms, a full bathroom and a spacious laundry room with a side by side washer and dryer. The laundry room features ample counter space for folding convenience, cabinets for storing personal items or cleaning supplies and direct access to the attached garage. There are also plenty of beach towels for your use! The ground floor features a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a cozy queen bedroom. Both bedrooms offer direct outdoor deck access via the sliding doors. Each bedroom also has a Smart TV and extra bedding located in the closet. The full bathroom is situated in the hallway. The Second Floor To access the main living room, the kitchen and dining areas, take the stairs to the second floor and enter an open-concept, welcoming main level. With a large Smart TV, two spacious sofas, two armchairs and a private tucked-away desk for remote working needs, this level truly has it all. Please note, one of the sofas is a pullout couch. If you plan to use this pull out, please request bed linens as we only provide these upon request. Here on the second floor main level, you also have access to two separate eating areas, a large table that seats eight comfortably and a smaller table just off the kitchen if you prefer a table for four. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, fully-stocked with everything from a Keurig and coffee pot to ample cookware for preparing delicious meals. This main floor offers two outdoor decks to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal at the outdoor table for four. With hardwood floors, high ceilings, new appliances, family-friendly amenities and a dedicated work space for your needs, this second floor is where the details shine. Southern Shore is thoughtfully equipped with a baby pack and play and mattress, a counter chair for littles to enjoy meals with everyone, and a chest brimming with games. There are also plates, bowls and cutlery just for children’s use. The Third Floor On the third and final floor, the primary bedroom suite serves as a serene retreat, boasting a king-sized bed and a daybed with a trundle for additional sleepers. The private balcony welcomes lounging for a peek of the ocean. You can access the primary bedroom using the main stairway or choose to use the spiral staircase, which also leads to the third floor loft space just beside the primary bedroom. This open air loft space includes two twin beds, thus serving as a transitional space where you can entertain or rest. An outdoor shower is available to guests for hosing down beach gear or sandy feet. Whether you’re strolling to the nearby cafe or the beach, everything is within reach.
