The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink. Another toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. There is air conditioning. Important Information and Policies - Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy. - Check-in starts from 3:00PM - Remember any arrivals after 7PM must be confirmed in advance, bearing in mind the reservations center is only open until 8:00PM and support may not be available after this hour. *In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a AED130 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a AED220 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. - Check-out is by 11:00AM. - Smoking is allowed ONLY on the balcony - Pets NOT allowed - The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 2 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
