Outside there are carefully landscaped gardens, with ornamental pots, tropical plants, palm trees, and a 200 years old tamarind tree. There is a fully-equipped professional bar with fridges, freezer, ice and wine coolers, pizza oven and large BBQ. There is an infinity edge 12m swimming pool, with sunken seating, and integral Jacuzzi. Surrounding the pool there are sun loungers plus umbrellas to give you shade, or enjoy to enjoy a pool-side massage overlooking the sea. You'll enjoy wonderful sea views from every corner of the garden, and can access the beach and sea directly from the garden. The villa also enjoys a fully equipped spa, with a two bed massage room, plus 8-person steam room. Within the spa there is also a private outdoor two-person Jacuzzi with chromotherapy lighting system. Our massage therapists will come to the villa and you can enjoy a whole range of relaxing treatments. This is a very special place, a one in a million property. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
