Come stay in this cozy mountain condo nestled amongst the pine trees directly across from from Brian Head Resort and the Giant Steps slopes. The views from this condo are unmatched looking over the town of Brian Head below. You have a front row seat to the firework show during New Years Eve and July 4th from the spacious deck. Only three hours away from both Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Enjoy all the comforts our condo has to offer while taking in the clean, mountain air and spectacular views.
Unpack your bags and settle in for a relaxing get-away in this 950 square foot updated condo. Less than five minutes away from Giant Steps and the Navajo slopes. The ski shuttle will even take you directly to your lift of choice as there is a shuttle stop just beyond the deck out the front door. You will truly enjoy all the fantastic weather that Southern Utah has to offer. The cool summer days offer an escape from the scorching desert heat and the colder winter days produce an average of 300+ inches of fresh snow of which Brian Head, Utah is known for.
Accessible all year long, this three-story mountain condo offers plenty of space and sleeping quarters to accommodate/entertain a family or group of up to 7. The main level includes the family room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and everything you would need to prepare meals after a long day on the slopes. Also on this floor is a large sectional that transforms into pull out queen bed to provide your first two sleeping arrangements. Also on the first floor is a half bath and the first of two smart TVs equipped with Cable and a Amazon Firestick. Go up the stairs and you will find the main bedroom with an additional queen bed, main bathroom with a shower/Jacuzzi Tub combination and large closet. At the top of the stairs you will find a ladder up to the loft where you will find an additional queen bed and twin bed. This space is truly loved by kids as it gives that perfect treehouse type of feeling.
Directly outside the front door is a large deck with what is probably the best views in Brian Head. Whether it is watching people make a run down the Giant Steps ski slope or fireworks on New Years Eve, this is the place guaranteed to generate a photo or two.
Brian Head is close to Zion National Park (85 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (60 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (7 miles), and Capitol Reef National Park (157 miles), making it an ideal central location to spend a few days to a week visiting Southern Utah’s most majestic national parks. Cedar City is only a 30 minute drive down the mountain and is host to the nationally acclaimed Utah Shakespeare Festival plus many other activities.

Here in the heart of Brian Head, you’ll be just a little over a mile from all the action. Skiers, from beginners to the more advanced, will enjoy the trails on both Navajo and Giant Steps. And if you choose to dine out or pick something up for movie night, Pizzano’s Pizzaria is just a mile from this rental. No matter the time of year, Brian Head is a great place to visit!

- There are no dedicated parking spaces. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
- You can unload in the lower area, but parking is available on top, all the way towards the back. You can take the very last walkway to the unit.

- 4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- Please be aware of falling snow from rooftops during the winter season. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles.
