On the first floor, there are three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a single bed—two of which offer side sea views. The bathroom includes a bath and shower. Outdoors, the villa features a veranda with sun loungers, a table for eight, and an umbrella, as well as a small garden that wraps around the property, a stone-clad barbecue, and a private pool measuring 5m x 6m. Guests have full access to the entire villa, garden, pool area, and private parking. Internet access, air conditioning, bed linens and towels (changed every 7 days), and final cleaning are included. Optional amenities include a baby high chair and crib for €5.00 per night each, and certified disinfection is available for €80.00 per booking. A refundable security deposit of €400.00 is required, held via credit card. The central location allows easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities in Protaras.
