This stunning villa is a spacious and elegant retreat nestled in the tranquil hills of Montrigiasco, near Arona, at Lake Maggiore. Designed for large groups or families, it accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The property offers a serene escape with breathtaking views, lush greenery, and easy access to the lake’s attractions. Featuring refined interiors, multiple living areas, and modern amenities, it provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The villa spans multiple floors with stylish and comfortable interiors. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a grand hall with wooden stairs. To one side is the main living room with a cozy sitting area, a piano, a central open fireplace, and a large wooden dining table. The other side features a fully-equipped, semi-professional kitchen and a second living area with couches, a TV, an open fireplace, and a dining table, along with direct access to the outdoor terrace. A bathroom with a shower is also on this floor. The first floor boasts a third living room with a billiards table, a seating area, and a dining table. The four bedrooms include one with a double bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and overhead shower. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth has two single beds. Two additional bathrooms with tubs and overhead showers serve this floor. In the basement, a tavern area has been transformed into an entertainment space with a dance floor, music, and lighting. During summer, guests can enjoy an above-ground swimming pool, surrounded by terraced gardens, olive trees, and woodland across the 40,000 m² estate. Guests have full access to the main villa and its grounds, including the private gardens, outdoor terrace, and swimming pool during the summer season. The estate also features a stable (closed and used for garden equipment) and the owner’s lodge located near the entrance. The second floor is not accessible unless the entire villa is booked. The villa is conveniently located for exploring the Lake Maggiore area by car or ferry. Arona’s railway station offers direct train connections to Milan, making it easy for guests to enjoy a day in the city. Ferries from Arona and Stresa provide access to the lake’s islands and other scenic spots. On-site parking is available for guests with cars. The villa is rented with either 4 or 8 bedrooms, depending on the booking. For groups of up to 8 people, only the first floor is accessible, while the second floor remains closed. During high season, the villa requires a minimum stay of 6 nights, while in low season, the minimum stay is 3 nights, with a 10% discount for stays of 6 nights or more. The swimming pool is open seasonally; please inquire about dates before booking. Domestic animals and parties or events are not allowed. Additional services such as private chefs, pre-stocking, extra cleaning, personal trainers, massages, and boat or bike rentals can be arranged upon request.
