Villa is just 10 meters from the Adriatic Sea, located in the Ruzmarin Bay, approximately 1 km away from the town of Sumartin on Brac island. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in 6 luxury designed en-suite rooms and enjoy all the goods this villa can offer.
The villa is set in 485 square meters and over the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor.
On the mezzanine level, there are 3 luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds, additional modern sofas, and en-suite bathrooms. There are also 3 spacious living rooms with seating furniture and an LCD TV/DVD there.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
