This house is in a quiet street in a Brighton conservation area, with striking Regency architecture and sea views from many streets. Moments from the sea, you can also stroll to many of Brighton's best cafes, shops and restaurants. Also near to a Waitrose supermarket. Everything Brighton has to offer is easily accessible on foot: Seven Dials, Brighton Pier, the i360, Hove Lawns, Churchill Square for shopping, Brighton Museum, the Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome and the best restaurants in town! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE LOTS OF NOISE. IT IS IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL STREET AND YOU WILL NEED TO BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBOURS.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules

- Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
- Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times.
- Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge.
- If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25.
- Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
- There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
- If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges.
