Everything Brighton has to offer is easily accessible on foot: Seven Dials, Brighton Pier, the i360, Hove Lawns, Churchill Square for shopping, Brighton Museum, the Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome and the best restaurants in town! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE LOTS OF NOISE. IT IS IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL STREET AND YOU WILL NEED TO BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBOURS.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
  • Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times.

  • If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25.
  • Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
  • There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
  • If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges.
