Hova Rest is located just a few minutes stroll from the beach and close to plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is in a great location in the heart of Hove on a quiet street with all amenities easily accessible. Stroll down to Church Road for local, independent cafes, and some great restaurants and, of course, supermarkets, pharmacy and a newsagent. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and the centre of Brighton is in easy reach either by jumping on one of the frequent buses or strolling along the sea front past Hove Lawns, the British Airways i360 Tower, Brighton Pier and to the North Laine, the best place for observing Brighton life.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
