The Neighborhood

The house is in a great, central location, close to the sea which is a 5 minute stroll, and only a short walk to many of Brighton's best cafes and shops. Supermarkets such as Waitrose and Taj - one of Brighton's very best supermarkets, are a few minutes walk away. Brighton is a compact city so all of the main attractions are nearby. Just a 15 minute walk to Brighton train station, and a 15 minute walk to the Brighton Royal Pavilion and Gardens (a must see). It is also just a few minutes from the Brighton i360 Towere which attracts plenty of visitors all year round. For great shopping, the Lanes and the North Laine area are also within easy reach. Brighton is a compact city so everything can be reached on foot. There are numerous independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops to be explored. Or simply people watch for ours on a bench by the sea.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 - Unless agreed in advance a late check-out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees Thank you for your understanding.
