Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- ◉Guest registration◉
- Since 15th June 2018, Japanese law about vacation holiday house has changed. All the rooms and houses which are opened for airbnb or other platform need to be registered at the local authorities to run a business. All the guests who stay at those facilities are also needed to be registered as the same way as hotels.
- ◉Noise complains◉
- The surrounding neighbors are the residents here, with small children and elderly people. Please do not chat in the parking lot or on the second-floor balcony after 21:00 at night. Please refrain from using the intercom. Do not get too drunk, please. Smoking is not permitted on the property.
- ◉Bicycles ◉
- -4 electric bicycles (2 inside the entrance and 2 outside) which you are free to use. *We ask that you charge the bicycles for the next guest after using them. Four chargers are on the shelves at the entrance.
