Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Missoula! Recently renovated and designed with a nod to the city’s vibrant music scene, this charming two-story home combines modern comforts with artistic flair. Perfectly located in the Design Excellence Overlay of downtown Missoula, you’re just steps away from local shops, restaurants, and live music venues.
5 minutes or less drive to downtown, U of M, Ogren Park and countless breweries, tasting rooms, restaurants and activities. Easy access to I-90 freeway.
Parking: In the alley behind the home, between Pine St and Spruce St. There are two marked parking spaces. On street parking is first come, first serve.
**Full bath/shower: Due to the angle of the roof on the top floor, the clearance in the shower is lower than average. We provide a custom teak wood shower seat to remedy the lack of standing space for our guests 5’8" and taller. **
With the close proximity to downtown and heavily trafficked areas, we provide white noise machines for all 3 bedrooms.
With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

Walk or bike downtown. There is also the local bus (Mountain Line) which is free and has frequent stops nearby. Uber is viable option for getting around Missoula but exploring much beyond the city will require a vehicle.
