Located in Champagne Ridge, just 90 minutes from Nairobi, Tulia Skies offers exceptional privacy and breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley, with mountains stretching to your left and right. The tranquil setting makes it the perfect escape from the city — ideal for rest, reconnection, and rejuvenation. The villa features three spacious en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds for ultimate comfort. An open-plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area flows seamlessly onto the outdoor space, complete with a gas BBQ grill, plunge pool, and inviting seating area. Upstairs, a wrap-around balcony with two separate verandas provides additional outdoor lounges — perfect for enjoying sunrise coffee or sunset views. We now also offer a dedicated conference room that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The rate is $40 per person, inclusive of snacks, lunch, and water. Conference bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation.
