The front door has a width of 130cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 130cm wide. The path to the poolside is 100cm wide. There are 7 steps down to the poolside/terrace area. The terrace is made up of crazy paving and a lawn area. Inside, the ground floor bedroom and WC doors are 65cm wide. There is no washroom on this floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
