Beautiful and pristine 3-story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths offers over 2,500 square feet of living space and is surrounded by the Bon Secure Wildlife Sanctuary. This home offers a recently remodeled kitchen with newer appliances and a breakfast area; large great room with dining area, expansive entertainment center with 75" tv and french doors leading to a large screened in porch with table and seating for 6, this home has a view of a private lagoon and the wildlife sanctuary. 3 minutes to beach.
Entering into this home from its welcoming front porch you will find a spacious living room, dining room that accommodates 6 people and a fully appointed recently remodeled kitchen with newer appliances with a table to accommodate 8 people. Laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living and dining room is a large screened back porch with table and seating for 6, outside grill area with 3 Adirondack chairs (cushions in LR entertainment center).
In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master suite with comfortable seating area and a generous master bath with large garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. The comfortable downstairs guest bedroom is just off the foyer and adjacent to a separate full bathroom.
Upstairs you’ll discover two guest bedrooms and a shared full bath. A few more steps lead to the furnished crow’s nest with panoramic views of the beautiful Bon Secure Wildlife Refuge. Other features include 24-foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms, 10-foot ceilings in all other downstairs living areas, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, a one car attached garage, and lots of storage areas.
