Lovely villa Jakov is located in Bonaci, a smaller place 9 km away from Porec. It provides a perfect enviroment to enjoy with your family or friends. The villa is suitable for 8 people in total.
Private pool is surrounded by a garden with children’s play eqquipment, sun loungers and BBQ area.
Ground floor of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs.
All of the beds in bedrooms can be separated or merged, per your desire. Each bedroom has a TV and an AC unit. Baby cot is available for free in one of the rooms.
Free private parking is provided on site.
The hosts will welcome the guests on site and hand them the keys. Damage deposit of 300 EUR is paid in cash upon your arrival. It is returned on your departure if everything is in order. Youth groups are allowed, but pay deposit of 600 EUR.
Smoking is allowed outside.

Bonaci is a smaller place with only around 100 residents. Nearest grocery stores can be found in Zbandaj and Baderna (2 km). Restaurant is 500 m away, while the nearest beaches are located in Porec (9 km).
Porec (9 km away) is one of the most popular travel destinations in Istria. Wonderful beaches, promenade at the riviera, great restaurants and nightlife are some of the contents to which the travellers are attracted to.
Eufrazijeva bazilika, Porec’s most famous landmark, has been declared as UNESCO’s heritage monument.
Dinopark Funtanais a perfect way to enterntain a family with children. It is just a short car drive away (15 km).
Waterpark Aquacolors is located only 12 km from the house, and it’s a great choice to spend a day with your family and friends.
Waterpark Istralandia and Baredine cave are located in the area of a village Nova Vas, which is 41 km away from the property.
