ACCESS TO THE BUILDING: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the building, any additional personnel must be registered on the reservation for proper authorization. AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT: For your convenience, you will find salt, sugar and coffee at your disposal. We want to make sure you enjoy a cozy and well-stocked stay. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Early check-in and late check-out have an additional charge subject to availability. In case you require these services, please consult the possibility and value of the fee with your host. Normal check-in hours are 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am. The master bedroom welcomes you with a double bed and a trundle bed, accompanied by a private bathroom designed for your comfort. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, ideal for sharing with family or friends, with a bathroom that connects to the social area. The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a comfortable sofa and an entertainment system to enjoy your favorite series and movies. The open kitchen, equipped with high quality appliances such as oven, extractor hood, gas stove and electric dishwasher, invites you to explore your culinary creativity. Everything you need for cooking is at your fingertips. But the best awaits you on the terrace, where a private pool and gazebo allow you to relax in the sun while enjoying a delicious outdoor meal at the elegant dining table. The laundry area, with washer, dryer and utility room, ensures maximum convenience during your stay. It also has an elevator and emergency exits, combining functionality and security in a modern and elegant environment. Use of tents and beach chairs: To rent tents and beach chairs, there is an additional cost of $20.000 COP An additional fee of 20,000 COP per person must be paid for the tourist entrance fee. This fee must be paid before entry. The use of the BBQ has an additional cost of 100,000 COP for cleaning after each reservation. This amount must be paid by bank transfer. If you wish to use it, please let us know in advance, we are here to help you! Pool maintenance: To ensure that you always enjoy the pool in perfect condition, we carry out maintenance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. By booking, you agree to allow the pool attendant access on these days, whether or not you are in the apartment. Reservation of space on the beach: To use the beach area, you must reserve your space through an app, which is activated 24 hours after registering. Entry requirements: It is necessary to send guest information MAXIMUM 48 HOURS prior to entry for authorization in the building. Without this information, it will not be possible to give access to guests by order of the administration. We would like to inform you that there may be additional noise, external to the accommodation, as works are being carried out in a nearby building. TRANSPORTATION: Getting around Cartagena can be chaotic, because of this, we recommend our guests to use apps and safe transportation.
