Things to Know: Children under the age of 6 are NOT ALLOWED ON THE UPPER BUNK BED. The Castle is heated by hydronic heating. The fireplace on the upper floor in not operational. The Guest House next door is also a rental. This is a ski-in/ski-out home, but for experts only. The Castle has 54 stairs to top bedroom, NO ELEVATOR - please remember this if you are booking. There is a mote you have to walk across to enter the home. There is a water feature in the home that is 6 ft deep, this is NOT for use - NO swimming. Please note that a four-wheel drive vehicle is required from October 31st to April 30th. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
