This lovely home is nestled in a family neighborhood, located near the fairgrounds and Estes Park Community Center, and just minutes from downtown Estes Park. Bring your walking shoes, fishing poles, and bikes because Lake Estes, the fairgrounds, and the local museum are just a block away. Spacious and sparkling - this family home is a 1930s cottage that had a makeover in 2010. Ideal for 2-4 people with two bedrooms on the main floor - but extra guests will enjoy the lower level bedroom with bathroom. Step into the main floor living room and enjoy the gas fireplace while curled up on the comfy sofa. There is also a desk in the living room for any work tasks you need to take care of. The dining area with dining table for six opens into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for meal making! Step out through glass sliding doors onto the back deck from the dining area. On the main floor you will find two of the three bedrooms, and one of the two bathrooms. One main floor bedroom has a queen bedroom, and the other has two twin beds. The twin bedroom has access to a bright sun porch. The main floor bathroom has a shower. Downstairs you will enter into a large bedroom area that has a queen bed, and one set of twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer are also located in the lower level. For working remotely you will enjoy wireless internet with 12mbps download/6mbps upload service. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
