Your Vacation House is a bright sunny three bedroom, two bathroom home with plenty of space, a large deck and a big back yard. Stay cool with Central AC on warm summer days and cozy with the gas fireplace on chilly winter evenings.
Located in a family neighborhood, this home is close to everything you want to do.
1. Only two blocks from the Estes Park Events Complex, this is the ideal place for those participating in events at the ‘fairgrounds’.
2. Across the street from Lake Estes. Watch the 4th of July fireworks from the back yard.
3. 1 mile to downtown Estes Park. Easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
4. 5 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park and plenty hiking.
Feel right at home when you step into the sunny, spacious and welcoming living room. This cozy 1930’s cottage received a makeover just a few years ago but retained the charm. Plenty of room for the family to gather in front of the gas fireplace for movie night on chilly fall and winter evenings.
The sliding glass doors take you from the kitchen to the large outdoor deck and big backyard. Put a steak on the gas BBQ grill for a summer evening picnic. A great way to end the day!
Need a little space for some quiet time or a place to sit and read a book? The sun porch accessed from the bedroom with two twin beds, it just what you need. With windows that open and close and a small wall heater this porch is a year-round cozy retreat.
The galley style kitchen has more than enough counter space, all of the necessary appliances including a dishwasher and is equipped with the cookware you need to make meals everyone will enjoy.
Two full bathrooms, one on the upper level and one on the lower level, each with a walk-in shower, makes getting everyone ready for the day an easy task.

Plowing/shoveling by Property Manager occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
