Mount Chiquita 10A is a luxurious 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Marys Lake. Just a stone’s throw away from Marys Lake, it’s a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and magnificent mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six, a breakfast bar and everything needed for easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with large bathtub.
Mount Chiquita 10A will keep guests warm in the winter with a cozy gas fireplace, and cool in the summer with central AC. Accommodating up to six people, this lovely condo is the perfect mountain home away from home.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Property Manager does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
