This luxurious 3BR / 2.5BA townhome, located a stone’s throw away from beautiful Fall River, offers two floors of relaxation and solitude.
Located one mile from the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and three miles to downtown Estes Park, this home is the perfect mix of town and tranquility.
Enjoy meals and family time in the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with full-size stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. The oversized dining table comfortably seats six, while the picture windows in the living area provide both natural light and stunning views. Past the kitchen are the half bath and laundry area.
Enjoy the living area views, warm up to the gas fireplace, and settle in to watch a movie. Off of the living room is the main floor master bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
The staircase leads to the loft that provides an additional fully furnished seating area on the second floor. The loft is flanked by the two guest bedrooms, one facing the river, and each with a queen bed. A full guest bath with a tub/shower combo is located upstairs.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal by HOA or Property Manager depending on property, at 4 inches of new snow.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
