This spectacular A-Frame home offers three stories of spectacular panoramic mountain views along with cozy comfort. With more than 2700 square feet, the focal point of this home is undoubtedly the cathedral ceiling and the 38-foot-tall floor-to-ceiling windows, which frame the mountain peaks perfectly. The first floor holds the living room, open-concept kitchen and dining area with full-sized appliances and a table that seats six. To the right of the kitchen is the laundry room, and down the hallway is a full bathroom and the master bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet. The door next to the dining table leads out to the spacious deck, with a swinging bench and gas grill.
The staircase leads to the lounge area on the second level with comfy seating for everyone. Two bedrooms on this level each have a queen bed, with the bathroom in-between.
The third level consists of a cozy loft which features a queen memory-foam sleeper sofa and a stone electric fireplace.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
