This cozy two bedroom mountain getaway is .5 mile from downtown Estes Park, walk to plentiful shopping and a variety of restaurants. You can’t beat the location, plus you can bring your dog to join in the fun.
Settle in on a cool evening with the warmth from the wood burning fireplace a bowl of popcorn and a good movie. TV with cable and Wi-Fi are both available for in-house entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cooked meal. Gather around the table for breakfast to plan the events for the day or reconnect with the family over supper at the end of the day.
There is a full size washer and dryer for guests to use. And ""Fido"" will enjoy this dog friendly home with a pet bed in the utility room, and a ""doggy door"" to the outside fenced yard.

O’Deer cabin is 3 miles from the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal by Property Manager depending on property, at 4 inches of new snow.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
