Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • - Medical and life threatening emergencies, i.e. fire, please call 911.
  • - Check-in is 4:00 pm or later.
  • - Check-out is 10:00 am. Fees may apply for non-compliance.
  • - Daily Office Hours: 9:00 am-5:00 pm MST.
  • - On-call staff is available after hours for urgent issues that threaten the health or safety of guests or the property itself such as gas leak or broken furnace.
  • - Non-urgent issues will be handled the next day.
  • - Must be 25 years old to reserve this property.
  • - The person making the reservation must stay in the home.
  • - Secure hot tub lid when not in use.
  • - No large vehicles, i.e. trailers, RV's.
  • - A complimentary starter kit of household items is provided, i.e. bath tissue, paper towels, and soaps. -
  • - Additional supplies can be purchased locally by the guest.
  • - NO smoking inside or outside including marijuana and vaping inside this home. $1000 cleaning fee for non compliance.
  • - NO parties. This is a quiet neighborhood with strict noise restrictions. Quiet hours begin at 7 pm.
  • - Bears in the area. Do not leave trash outside or in your car.
  • - Bag all trash, follow garbage disposal instructions on the guest info page on the counter.
  • - Lock doors and windows each time you leave the property.
  • - Plowing and shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
