Kittery West sits nestled in the pine trees in one of Estes Park’s established mountain neighborhoods. The road to this home is serene and welcoming, a relaxing little niche with an amazing view! With plenty of space between neighbors this home feels secluded yet is close to everything you need.
Being a Monthly Long-Term Vacation Rental requiring a 30 night minimum reservation, Kittery West can offer great rates for a stay long enough to feel like a local!
This two-bedroom (one king, one queen) and one bath (tub/shower combo) pet friendly home is easy walk in with no steps and all on one level. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin rollaway beds on the screened in porch (warmer months only) provide additional sleeping space.
The screened in porch is a family favorite! Take a nap, read a book, experience the sounds and smells of an afternoon rain shower or “camp out” with the rollaway beds. Camping at its best! No need to carry heavy gear! Sleep in the fresh air with all the comforts of home!
The view from the deck will beckon you every day so brew a cup of coffee and watch the mountains wake up or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening. You will never want to leave!
On a snowy winter afternoon, cool summer evening or chilly autumn day, cozy up in front of the wood burning fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate. Spend time together, play games or just relax!
Your four-legged family member (dogs only) is welcome to join the adventure. They will love to sniff all the sniffing places in this yard! Doggy paradise! They will need to be on leash while in the yard but can be off leash on the deck as there is a gate to keep them from wandering.
Take care of daily chores with a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a new refrigerator and new stove. Top it off with a gas grill for great BBQ. This home comes stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils you will need for great family meals and yummy desserts!
