Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,All guests are required to submit their ID and complete our guest rental agreement.
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- Checkout before 10:00 AM
- Hot tub heating fee is $20 per day.
- Dog friendly with a maximum of two. $85 non-refundable fee required, 2 pets max.

- No parties or events
- No smoking
- Do not move the logs by the Pavilion
- No parking on the grass, violators will be charge $500 fee
- No adjusting the curtains at the Pavilion, violators will be charged a $700 fee
