This gorgeous new build cottage is located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood just minutes to the Historic District and its abundance of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping and many great attractions. Pack your golf clubs and play at the stunning Royal St Augustine Country Club just a short 4 minute drive away, then stock up on supplies for dinner at the Publix supermarket only 5 minutes from the house. You’ll be just a short drive to St. George Street, the most popular place for visitors to experience all the sights and sounds of the Ancient City. The streets are lined with charming boutiques, restaurants, historic homes, and attractions. There’s even more to explore just off of St. George Street too! Wander off the beaten path to Aviles Street the oldest street in the nation, which is known for its art galleries, romantic restaurants and gourmet ice cream sandwiches! You won’t find a more picturesque location in the historic district than the plaza of the Lightner Museum which faces Flagler College. King Street separates these two historic buildings of Spanish Renaissance architecture that are a must visit. Walk to the light house and Maritime Museum then stroll over to the captivating Castillo by the Matanzas River. Take in a ghost tour of the city after dark then settle in for a drink or two at one of the many great bars all just minutes from your door. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city and all the popular sites or why not hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,MINIMUM AGE to book is 25.
  • THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
  • UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee.
  • NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
  • QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
  • SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
  • DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
  • NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions.
  • LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
  • NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
  • NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
  • NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
  • NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
  • DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
  • HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
  • CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.,Start: 21:00, End: 8:00
