Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- There are no restrictions on check-in time because of the unattended check-in system.
- *If you arrive earlier than check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the luggage locker.
- *In principle, early check-in is not accepted, but may be available earlier than check-in time depending on room readiness.
- Check-out time
- 11:00am
- Check-out time can be extended for one hour only by paying 3,000 yen as a late check-out fee.
- In that case, check-out time is 12:00.
- *Luggage lockers may be used after check-out. However, please pick up your luggage by the end of the day of check-out.
- Smoking
- A smoking area is available outside the facility.
- Please understand that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- However, ashtrays are available on the balcony in rooms 301, 401, and 501. Smoking is allowed in that area.
- Towel exchange
- Hand towels, bath towels, and face towels are provided in the room for the number of guests. They will be replaced with new ones every day.
- Cleaning
- Our hotel is cleaned after each check-out. Therefore, there is no cleaning during your stay. However, sheets can be changed for a fee. Please contact the facility for rates.
- Garbage will be collected by our staff daily during your stay. You can also dispose of your garbage yourself at the garbage station located in the hotel.
- Washing Machine
- There is one washing machine with a drying function, one washing machine, and one dryer in the building. Each of them can be used free of charge.
- Parking
- There is no parking on the premises. Please use nearby parking lots.
