Funchal Panoramic View is a spacious apartment, ideal for families and groups of up to six people. The apartment has a total area of 187 m2, private parking and a roof terrace with superb views over the city and the ocean. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size double bed (1.8 x 2.0 metres), a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and a further bedroom with two single beds. There is also a spacious living room with sofas and a dining table, a kitchen, a laundry room, three full bathrooms and a guest toilet. The flat is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, WI-FI (1 Gbps), smart TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay. LOCATION The apartment is in a quiet area near the main centre of attraction, where you can reach most daily necessities and services within walking distance. All it takes to start exploring Funchal is to step across the entrance door. The accommodation is located 5 minutes’ walk from Town Hall Square and 10 to 15 minutes from the Old City Zone (historic centre) and Funchal Marina. On the ground floor of the building, there is a small cafe with locally made bakeries and pastries, they also sell excellent warm bread. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, greengrocers, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies, clinics and a lot more. The property has easy pedestrian access to various centres of attraction in the city of Funchal. The area is well served by public transport, with a stop at 3 minutes’ walk. By car, it has easy access to the major roads of Funchal and the highway. REMARKS Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels. Due to the island’s climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged. People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island. If windows are open, there is noise from city traffic, mainly during the day. The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person. CONDITIONS 1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited. 2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available through a code to be created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability. 4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
