The attention to detail of this updated, open concept, modern feeling home is amazing! Head outside and take a dip in the brand new heated pool (heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th annually, and spa (available year round)..... you’ll love the flat lawn - perfect for playing outdoor games. Ready to head out on the water? Take one of the four kayaks provided - 2 adult and 2 youth.....or pull up your boat and park it at the private dock or rent a pontoon through us! At night, you’ll love the lakeside firepit - ideal spot for s’mores and fireside discussion! The location of this property is ideal as you’ll have that quiet, residential feel while being less than 10 minutes to the heart of Mooresville restaurants, breweries, shopping and entertainment!
