NEIGHBORHOOD AND BUILDING DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is located in the estate Browar Gdański, a unique project harmoniously combining historic buildings with modern architecture of high standard, adjacent to the greenery of Park Kuźniczki with a playground for children. The fashionable, rapidly developing district of Wrzeszcz, where history meets modernity, resembles in style the London suburbs. The dynamic development of the district is conducive to the emergence of new service and business investments. One such development is Galeria Metropolia (200 meters from the development), which, in addition to stores and an excellent Food Hall, has a large cinema complex and an observation deck. Other two shopping centers are within a 10-minute (Galeria Bałtycka) and 15-minute (Centrum Handlowe Manhattan) walk. The intensive development of Wrzeszcz also means a rich gastronomic offer - local restaurants and cafes give the district an international character and create a unique and, above all, sophisticated atmosphere. The location is characterized by easy access to the rest of the Tricity, as it is only 500 meters from the Gdansk Wrzeszcz railroad station. Using the direct SKM line, both the Old Town and Sopot can be reached in 15 minutes. The apartment is less than 5 km from the beautiful sandy beach.
