Modern and comfortable apartment with balcony, situated in the beautiful seaside village of Ustronie Morskie. The building offers an excellent location on Polna Street, close to the beach! A holiday in Ustronie Morskie is a successful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The excellent location of the apartment means that everything you need is at your fingertips. Guests who crave the sound of the waves and the fresh breeze of the Baltic Sea can use the main entrance to the beach (about a 15 minute walk from the building) or take a relaxing stroll along the promenade. The centre of Ustroń is only a few steps away, where you can enjoy a fried fish, a delicious ice cream or buy souvenirs from the sea. In the high season you can take the children to Robland Lunapark (2 km) - an amusement park with attractions for the whole family. There is also a Dino supermarket less than 250 metres from the apartment, so guests can easily stock up on essentials. In the area you can visit Kołobrzeg, Gąski, Chłopów or Koszalin, where there is no shortage of attractions for young and old alike.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
