This modern and luxurious flat is located on Wojciechowskiego Street in Poznań. It is a peaceful and quiet area, located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time, access to the centre is very easy as Poznań offers a well-developed public transport network. There are bus stops just around the corner, and the journey to the heart of the city by both bus and car takes about 20 minutes. Poznań offers numerous attractions such as museums, walking tours, music clubs and much more! The immediate neighbourhood has a fully developed infrastructure catering for all daily needs. Across the street from the building is the Poznań Plaza shopping centre, which offers a large selection of different shops, atmospheric restaurants and cosy cafes. When it comes to entertainment, the cinema located in the shopping centre is a good idea. In addition, the nearby Victory Estate Park is the perfect place for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. Guests also have access to a private parking space in the garage (max. car height 2 m).

- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
