Welcome to Lizard Point, two beautifully presented and spacious holiday homes in the picturesque village of Lizard, the southernmost point of mainland Britain. Built in 2024 and newly available for holiday let, these contemporary homes offer the perfect blend of style, comfort, and an unbeatable location just off the National Trust coastal path. A short walk brings you to Kynance Cove, voted one of the top 50 beaches in the world, making this an ideal spot to explore the very best of the South West.
For larger groups and families, both properties can be booked together, accommodating up to 12 guests. This provides an excellent solution for those who want to holiday together while still enjoying their own space and privacy.
Each home (Scilla & Sea Skapya) features an open-plan design, perfect for entertaining. Relax by the cosy log burner on cooler evenings or take in the stunning scenery through expansive glass sliding doors. Step out onto the private balcony to soak up the coastal atmosphere, with views of lush green lawns. Luxurious underfloor heating ensures warmth and comfort throughout.
The fully equipped kitchens and large dining areas are designed for leisurely meals, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breath-taking, ever-changing views.
Each property boasts three stunning ground-floor bedrooms:
• A sumptuous super-king size room with an en-suite walk-in shower and WC.
• A second king-size bedroom, also with an en-suite walk-in shower and WC.
• A further double bedroom.
• A separate family bathroom is located on the ground floor, with an additional WC conveniently placed upstairs near the kitchen.
