IL SANTARELLO is a welcoming, semi-detached country house with an independent entrance which preserves the characteristics of ancient rural homes almost intact but with modern comforts. Its strategic position about 3 km from Sinalunga (shops, restaurants, supermarkets) allows easy access to the historic Tuscan cities such as : Cortona, the Val d’Orcia, Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo and Florence thanks to the proximity of the motorway. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with pergola, ideal for your meals outside and a delightful above-ground swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m) equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas to cool off in the hottest hours and enjoy the beautiful Tuscan sun. On the ground floor there is the characteristic gym created from the old stables with its very particular stone walls and equipped with: elliptical, multi functional station, weights, bench and an antique table football table for challenges with family or friends. The veranda then leads to the well-equipped kitchen (espresso machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave, kettle) and characterized by the still original stone sink. Two double bedrooms furnished in perfect Tuscan style with 19th century doors, a single bedroom, leading to one of the double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. In the large living room (TV) with sofa and dining table there is a beautiful, fully functional original 19th century fireplace.
