Ride-hailing apps are the most convenient option. The Metrobús runs along Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and there are nearby EcoBici stations for an eco-friendly choice. Most of the neighborhood is walkable.
- A valid ID is required to register upon arrival. If you arrive early, you may leave your bags at reception.
Remember, all guests are required to present their ID for access.
- Due to the prime location, urban noise may be present at times—earplugs are available upon request.
- Drug use and parties are strictly prohibited.
Please note this is a 100% smoke-free building. Smoking indoors will result in a penalty.
- Pets must not be left alone in the apartment and must be leashed in common areas. Any damage caused by pets will incur an additional fee.
- Extra cleaning services are available for an additional cost
- Security cameras are installed in common areas for guest safety.
- Carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the apartments.
Arrival: When you arrive, you’ll need to register to receive your access card. If needed, you can also leave your luggage in the luggage room.
To enter the building, you’ll need to step up a small stair.
Visitors: Visitors are allowed but must be registered prior to arrival. Only guests may use the common areas.
Pets: Please inform us in advance so we can arrange a special cleaning service upon your departure.
Trash: For your convenience, you can dispose of trash bags in the containers located in the basement.
Cleaning: Available for an additional fee.
Gym: Located on the 7th floor, open 6: 00 am a 10:00 pm. Please keep it clean.
Laundry room: At the back of the lobby, you’ll find a 24/7 laundry room.
