The apartment is located in a modern housing estate at Krakowska Street in Wrocław. The proximity of the city center and popular tourist attractions makes the apartment perfect for both business and leisure stays. The location is one of the most desirable in Wrocław, because it allows you to experience nature and at the same time enjoy all the advantages of living in the city. There are numerous green areas nearby - East Park in 15 minutes walk from the building, Oławska Bay in 16 minutes and Racowiecki Forest in 18 minutes. The city center with numerous tourist attractions can be reached by car in just 9 minutes, the Wrocław shopping center is 8 minutes away, and the Hydropolis Museum in 6 minutes. There are also several large supermarkets in the area - Lidl (2.7 km), Auchan (2.6 km) and Kaufland (2.4 km). There is a playground for children next to the building and guests traveling by car can freely use a private parking space in the underground garage. There are also several gas stations and car rental in the area.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
